At Peta Jane Beauty, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our returns portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
